Once you hit 55 you need to be thinking about spending the time to reset the balance of your body for longevity. After spending 55 years over using your larger muscle groups and ignoring your smaller muscle groups that stabilize, balance and control posture as you age.

Our program is committed to spending the time to re-balance the body between front and back. Having spent a majority of your day either sitting at home, sitting in the car or sitting at the office a terrible in balance that has been created without you even realizing it. This imbalance will have significant impact on balance , stability.
