Business man and local developer Jack Poole and I signed a 20 year health contract called 20-To Life which was an idea of mine in 1992 that lasted until is death from pancreatic cancer in 2009. We created a legal contract based upon the principle that you could not be the judge of your own level of strength, flexibility and posture. You just thinking you were doing enough is just not good enough.
I am very much interested in recreating this plan to a select group of like minded Vancouverites. Its not going to be inexpensive as frankly my time is more important to me than anything. I am not going to be any less expensive than your lawyer or accountant, however, the value to your everyday life will be significantly more.
Ideally, I would work with 5 people for one hour, twice every week and they would get another 30 minutes with a variety of healthcare practitioners directly after. This would change depending upon the area of focus. I am interested in 10 years to start with with an option for 5 more. I will bring in additional experts people to train, but I am never going to stop being interested in fitness and health and I’m keen to pass along my lifetime of information to you.
