Business man and local developer Jack Poole and I signed a 20 year health contract called 20-To Life an idea of mine in 1992 that lasted until is death from pancreatic cancer in 2009. We created a legal contract based upon the principle that you could not be the judge of your own level of strength, flexibility and posture. You just thinking you were doing enough was just not good enough.
We created a revolutionary isometric program we performed everyday before his chemotherapy treatments that the radiologists frequently commented on that they had never seen anyone gain muscle mass going through treatments. They were amazed how symmetrical his body was after our sessions.
Jack was unique in that he would always want to do more and spend more on his health.
